Founded by Monica Seide in early 2005, Speakeasy PR has evolved over the past five years and grown into both a leading boutique publicity firm working with both established and up and coming talent in the world of music, dvd, art, film and the internet as well as a multi-faceted marketing company.

About Monica Seide

Monica Seide began her publicity career with a seven + year stint at Warner Bros. Records, running numerous publicity campaigns for artists including Mr. Bungle, Ministry, Failure, Royal Crown Revue, Static-X and Gus Gus amongst others.  In 2000 she left to helm the fledgling press office of Canada’s independent label/management powerhouse, Nettwerk Productions.  During her five year tenure she ran publicity campaigns for a wide variety of artists including Coldplay, The Barenaked Ladies, BT, Ron Sexsmith, Neil Finn, Ivy and The Be Good Tanyas.
