LOS ANGELES, April 18, 2012 — “Girl and the Ghost,” a song from Carina Round’s forthcoming album Tigermending (May 1, Dehisce Records), is now available as a free mp3 via Filter Magazine’s website here:

Tigermending is Round’s first release in five years and follows a particularly productive period of time that found the LA-by-way-of-England singer collaborating with a variety of musicians on both her own and other projects including vocals on The Twilight Singers’ song “Dynamite Steps,” co-writing and vocals on Puscifer’s album Conditions of My Parole, reuniting with producer Glen Ballard for a song in the “Valentine’s Day” film and launching alt-country side project, Early Winters.

The 11-track Tigermending is now available for pre-order via and iTunes ( Two mixes of the exclusive, non-album track “Got To Go” are available with the pre-order. Pre-orders through Topspin will be accompanied by a Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) mix of the song titled “Got To Go (Billy Corgan 2000 BC Mix)” while iTunes pre-orders will be packaged with alternate version “Got To Go (LA Song).”
