Dec. 8, 2025 – Eidola have signed with 3DOT Recordings, the label founded by Periphery, and now home to Boundaries, Astronoid, Wiltwither, Obeyer, For Your Health, and more.

“We couldn’t be more excited to announce that Eidola has signed with 3DOT Recordings to usher in the most refined, fearless, and forward-thinking era of the band to date,” Andrew Michael Wells shares. “We’ve never felt more aligned with a new team, as 3DOT is filled with passionate, like-minded, boundary-pushing creatives who share our uncompromising vision for the future. We also want to thank Blue Swan and Rise Records for an incredible decade of growth and success, and with this new 3DOT partnership we are eager to explore what the band is truly capable of.”

We got to see just how great they are when we toured with them in 2024, and when the chance arose for us to sign them to the label, we jumped at it immediately. Eidola recently announced The Eviscerate/Mend Tour, a five-week U.S. trek celebrating the yin-yang companion albums of the same names. A trio of cities – Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Chicago – will host special two-night performances, with one night devoted to each album, played in its entirety. Eidola is Andrew Michael Wells (vocals), Sergio Medina (guitar), Matthew Dommer (vocals/guitar), Matthew Hansen (drums), Skylar Caporicci (guitar), and Reese Ortenberg (bass). The progressive post-hardcore band, formed in 2011 in Salt Lake City, are known for their complex compositions, thought-provoking lyrics, and dynamic live performances. On Eviscerate, Punk News said “What’s unusual about Eidola is their ability to wield melody with such obvious talent, but to twin it with heaviness and complexity…,” Metal Injection noted the band’s knack for “technical magic and catchy ass melodies,” and Under the Radar said the new collection “is undoubtedly some of their best work.” Eidola have released six full-length albums: Mend (2025), Eviscerate (2024), The Architect (2021), To Speak, To Listen (2017), Degeneraterra (2015), and The Great Glass Elephant (2012).
